Judge Clarifies Order In Factory Cleanup Coverage Row

Law360, New York (April 25, 2011, 10:13 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey district judge on Monday clarified her order granting partial summary judgment for American International Specialty Lines Insurance Co. in a coverage suit brought against it by Federal Insurance Co. over a razor factory's cleanup.

District Judge Freda L. Wolfson said the court's Mar. 28 opinion was limited to an interpretation of the policy language, and that it did not grant summary judgment on either plaintiff Federal's or co-defendant Cherokee Ardell LLC's various claims.
