Feds Fight Bid To Delay Ohio Corruption Trial

Law360, New York (April 26, 2011, 7:08 PM EDT) -- Prosecutors asked a federal judge Tuesday to deny a request to push back the bribery and corruption trial of a former Ohio county commissioner and two co-defendants, claiming they have had ample time to prepare.
