Viacom, CBS, TCI Pacific Sued For Zinc Cleanup

Law360, New York (April 27, 2011, 3:57 PM EDT) -- Cyprus Amax Minerals Co. sued Viacom Inc., CBS Corp. and TCI Pacific Communications Inc. in Oklahoma on Tuesday, alleging the media companies, successors to a former zinc smelting operation near Collinsville, Okla., should help pay for environmental remediation at the site.
