Commodities Traders Hit With $60M Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (April 27, 2011, 3:26 PM EDT) -- Arctos Capital LLC filed suit Tuesday in New York, seeking $60 million from several anonymous commodities traders accused of colluding on the price and size of trades for futures contracts to keep the commodities trading firm from participating in the market.
