Madoff Investors Demand Report On Ponzi Probe

Law360, New York (April 26, 2011, 9:37 PM EDT) -- More than 1,200 Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC investors on Tuesday asked a bankruptcy court in New York to force the trustee liquidating the company to produce a report detailing his investigation into Bernard Madoff's massive Ponzi scheme.

The investors said Madoff trustee Irving Picard was obligated under the Securities Investor Protection Act to provide them with any documents he has turned over to the Securities Investor Protection Corp. during the course of the investigation into BLMIS' financial affairs.
