RIM Snaps Up Calendar App Maker Tungle

Law360, New York (April 27, 2011, 4:01 PM EDT) -- BlackBerry maker Research In Motion Ltd. on Wednesday continued its buying spree with the acquisition of Tungle Corp., a startup behind a popular social calendar application.

Montreal-based Tungle announced that RIM had acquired the company, giving BlackBerry users access to its scheduling software, but did not disclose financial details.
