EU Urges Court To Reject Microsoft's €899M Fine Appeal

Law360, New York (May 24, 2011, 4:08 PM EDT) -- The European Union's antitrust watchdog backed its record-breaking €899 million ($1.3 billion) antitrust fine against Microsoft Corp. in court Tuesday, arguing it had given the software giant enough information about what the company could charge rivals for interoperability data.
