DESA Parent Off Hook In Workers' WARN Act Suit

Law360 (April 27, 2011, 3:20 PM EDT) -- A Delaware bankruptcy judge on Tuesday released a private investment firm and indirect owner of heater and specialty tool maker DESA Heating LLC from a proposed class action alleging DESA failed to give adequate notice when it terminated hundreds of employees before filing for bankruptcy.
