Gas Co. Settles Texas Family's Pipeline Explosion Suit

Law360, New York (April 27, 2011, 8:52 PM EDT) -- El Paso Natural Gas Co. has agreed to pay an undisclosed amount to settle a suit brought by a Texas family after a 2009 pipeline explosion destroyed their home and caused them severe burns, the plaintiffs' attorney said Wednesday.
