9th Circ. Rules For Wash. City In Salmon Stream Suit

Law360, New York (April 28, 2011, 4:14 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit on Wednesday largely upheld a lower court decision that found a Seattle suburb and King County, Wash., had complied with their contractual obligations to improve water quality and habitat at a creek once filled with salmon.
