Tudor Seeks To Avoid Coverage For $96M Defamation Suit

Law360 (April 28, 2011, 2:28 PM EDT) -- Tudor Insurance Co. filed suit Tuesday in New York to avoid defending or indemnifying a company that handles finance industry investigations in a $96 million defamation action, contending that terms in its policies with a predecessor company free it from coverage.
