Virginia AG Drops King & Spalding Over DOMA Flap

Law360 (April 29, 2011, 8:27 PM EDT) -- The controversy surrounding King & Spalding LLP's decision to represent — and then drop — lawmakers interested in defending the federal ban on gay marriage continued Friday as Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli reportedly terminated his relationship with the firm.
