Alstom Seeks Coverage For Damaged NIH Turbine

Law360, New York (April 29, 2011, 7:48 PM EDT) -- Alstom Power Inc. filed suit Friday in Connecticut federal court over Zurich American Insurance Co.'s refusal to cover it for a turbine the company was building for the National Institutes of Health that had been damaged.

The suit does not specify the coverage amount but says the inland marine insurance policy in question included coverage for builder’s risk up to a general limit of $150 million per occurrence.
