Pandora Sued Over Website Customization Patent

Law360, New York (May 2, 2011, 12:32 PM EDT) -- Augme Technologies Inc. accused Internet radio provider Pandora Media Inc. in Delaware federal court Friday of infringing a patent related to technology that adds a customized function to websites.

Augme claims that the core of Pandora’s business providing users with customized online radio stations infringes U.S. Patent Number 7,831,690.
