ITC To Review Chinese Canvas Duties

Law360, New York (May 2, 2011, 7:04 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission said Monday it was launching a review of anti-dumping duties on artists’ canvases from China to determine whether revoking the five-year-old duties of up to 264 percent would injure U.S. industry.
