Ex-Atty Makes Plea For Leniency In Galleon Spinoff

Law360, New York (May 2, 2011, 7:48 PM EDT) -- The first defendant slated to be sentenced in the Galleon Group LLC insider trading scandal, former Ropes & Gray LLP associate Arthur Cutillo, asked a New York judge on Friday not to send him to prison.
