GSK Scripted Response For Wellbutrin Probe, Atty Says

Law360, New York (May 3, 2011, 8:59 PM EDT) -- GlaxoSmithKline PLC's in-house legal team planned to "script" a response to regulators if quizzed about nondisclosed information in a probe of the drugmaker's marketing of antidepressant Wellbutrin, a GSK attorney told a Washington jury Tuesday in a former colleague's trial.

Former GSK associate general counsel Lauren Stevens is accused of interfering with a U.S. Food and Drug Administration inquiry of GSK’s Wellbutrin promotion.
