Sens. Float Right-To-Work Bill In Wake Of Boeing Suit

Law360, New York (May 4, 2011, 6:38 PM EDT) -- Three Republican senators said Tuesday they planned to introduce a bill that would enhance right-to-work protections, which prevent workers from being forced to join a union, in response to the National Labor Relations Board’s suit against Boeing Co.’s new nonunion facility.
