GPX, Starbright Fight Anti-Dumping Review Results

Law360, New York (May 4, 2011, 7:26 PM EDT) -- Chinese tire producer Hebei Starbright Tire Co. Ltd. and GPX International Tire Corp. filed a lawsuit in New York on Wednesday challenging the results of the U.S. Department of Commerce's anti-dumping duty review covering certain off-the-road tires.

Starbright and GPX are taking aim at the methodology and calculations underlying the final results — published in the Federal Register on April 25 — of the first anti-dumping duty administrative review of certain pneumatic off-the-road tires from China, looking to lower the margin.
