US Seeks Stricter Regulations For Bus Cos.

Law360, New York (May 5, 2011, 2:56 PM EDT) -- Spurred to action by recent bus crashes, U.S. Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood on Thursday unveiled a plan of attack for improving passenger bus safety, including measures to weed out irresponsible drivers and increase penalties for bus companies operating without approval.
