Synthes Investor Blasts $21B J&J Deal In Suit

Law360, New York (May 6, 2011, 6:29 PM EDT) -- A Synthes Inc. stockholder sued the company in Delaware on Thursday over its proposed $21.3 billion acquisition by Johnson & Johnson, saying the price is too low and takes unfair advantage of Synthes' legal woes following an illegal product testing scandal.
