LexisNexis Faces Class Action Over Worker Database

Law360, New York (May 9, 2011, 6:42 PM EDT) -- Two women filed a putative class action in Pennsylvania last week claiming that LexisNexis Risk & Information Analytics Group Inc. labeled thousands of retail workers as thieves and distributed their personal data from a database in violation of federal law.
