Ariz. Gov. Taking Immigration Law To High Court

Law360, New York (May 9, 2011, 9:21 PM EDT) -- Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer said Monday she planned to ask the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn an injunction on the state's embattled immigration law, SB 1070.

“I've always known this legal fight would be a long one,” Brewer, a Republican, said in a statement. “When faced with injustice, Arizonans will not sit idly by. We will act.”
