4 Calif. Public Officials Arrested In Bribery Scandal

Law360, New York (May 10, 2011, 8:06 PM EDT) -- California authorities arrested several former San Bernardino County officials Tuesday in an alleged public corruption scheme to coerce the county — through bribery, extortion and threats — into striking a $102 million settlement with a developer over flood control improvements.
