SPI Sues USDA Over Wildfire Testimony Restrictions

Law360, New York (May 11, 2011, 3:58 PM EDT) -- Sierra Pacific Industries on Monday sued the U.S. Department of Agriculture for refusing to allow agency employees to testify about a 2007 California wildfire, saying it needed the testimony to defend itself in liability suits seeking up to $1 billion in damages.
