Ex-Special Counsel Hits Rove, Others With $202M Suit

Law360, New York (May 11, 2011, 3:32 PM EDT) -- Former special counsel Scott Bloch — who recently pled guilty to criminal contempt — is suing former Bush adviser Karl Rove, former Republican Rep. Tom Davis of Virginia and dozens of others for $202 million, claiming they conspired to drive him from office.
