Blue Shield Fights Anorexia Coverage In 9th Circ.

Law360, San Francisco (May 11, 2011, 7:01 PM EDT) -- Blue Shield of California fought allegations in the Ninth Circuit on Wednesday that it was required to front insurance claims associated with the treatment of a woman's eating disorder under her employer's health care plan.
