Commerce Wrongly Denied New Shipper Review: Suit

Law360, New York (May 12, 2011, 7:45 PM EDT) -- Chinese saw blade maker Pujiang Talent Diamond Tools Co. Ltd. filed a lawsuit in New York on Wednesday challenging the U.S. Department of Commerce's decision to terminate a new shipper review that could have yielded a lower anti-dumping duty rate for Pujiang.

Pujiang's complaint asks the court to vacate Commerce's final determination, which was published in a notice in the Federal Register on April 12, and remand the review for further proceedings.
