Calif. High Court Won't Hear Fixed-Salary Contracts Suit

Law360, New York (May 13, 2011, 7:24 PM EDT) -- The California Supreme Court won't review a landmark appeals court decision finding that the state's labor code allows employers and nonexempt employees to enter contracts setting fixed salaries, attorneys for defendant Dolores Press Inc. said Friday.
