Travel Co. Takes $450M E-Service Pact Fight To COFC

Law360, New York (May 13, 2011, 7:22 PM EDT) -- CW Government Travel Inc. brought its dispute over a $450 million travel management contract's requirements to the U.S. Court of Federal Claims on Friday, after the Government Accountability Office partially struck CW's grounds for protest in April.

The GAO had ruled that the U.S. General Services Administration's contract solicitation was too vague and ordered the GSA to clarify which provisions in the contract were mandatory and which were optional.
