ITC Votes To Probe Steel Wheels From China

Law360, New York (May 13, 2011, 7:00 PM EDT) -- In a close vote Friday, the U.S. International Trade Commission decided to proceed with an anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigation into steel auto wheels from China.

Three commissioners voted to move ahead with the probe requested in March by domestic wheel makers Accuride Corp. and Hayes Lemmerz International Inc. Two commissioners voted against.
