Nationwide Off Hook For Chinese Drywall Claims

Law360, New York (May 16, 2011, 6:57 PM EDT) -- A Virginia federal judge ruled Friday that Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. does not have a duty to defend real estate developer The Overlook Inc. in underlying litigation over its installation of defective Chinese drywall at a townhouse complex.

In partially granting Nationwide's motion for summary judgment, Judge Mark S.
