$21M Welding Fumes Case Passed Up By High Court

Law360, New York (May 16, 2011, 8:25 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday refused to hear a challenge to the dismissal, based on allegedly speculative expert testimony, of a $20.5 million jury verdict awarded to a couple in a bellwether action in the welding fume multidistrict litigation.
