Dyncorp Seeks Immunity In Drug Crop Spraying Suit

Law360, New York (May 16, 2011, 6:18 PM EDT) -- Dyncorp Aerospace Operations LLC asked a Washington federal judge on Monday to toss a suit by a group of Ecuadoreans allegedly injured during a drug eradication operation, saying it was entitled to derivative sovereign immunity as a government contractor.
