Okla. Property Owners Denied Bid To Amend Lead Suit

Law360, New York (May 17, 2011, 1:59 PM EDT) -- A federal judge in Oklahoma refused Monday to allow a group of property owners to add public nuisance claims to a suit accusing lead mining companies Blue Tee Corp., Gold Fields Mining Corp. and The Doe Run Corp. of environmental contamination.
