Vietnamese Fish Cos. Contest Dumping Review Results

Law360, New York (May 18, 2011, 5:46 PM EDT) -- Despite being assessed a dumping duty margin of zero, two Vietnamese frozen fish companies filed a complaint Tuesday contesting the final results of the U.S. Department of Commerce's review of the anti-dumping duties on their frozen fish fillets.

Vinh Quang Fisheries Corp. and H&N Foods International Inc. lodged a complaint in the U.S. Court of International Trade, challenging some of the factors Commerce used to arrive at its determinations in the sixth administrative review of the duties.
