Dupont Can't Nix $25M Environmental Indemnity Suit

Law360, New York (May 18, 2011, 3:23 PM EDT) -- A Tennessee federal judge on Tuesday rejected Dupont Co.'s arguments that a purchase contract protected the company from indemnifying Lucite International Inc. against $25 million in air pollution liability at a Memphis acrylics plant sold to Lucite in 1993.
