Freshfields Reps General Mills In $1.2B Yoplait Buy

Law360, New York (May 18, 2011, 12:04 PM EDT) -- General Mills Inc. said Wednesday it would pay $1.2 billion for 51 percent of Yoplait SAS and a half-stake in the yogurt giant's global brands unit, in a deal with Paris private equity firm PAI Partners and Sodiaal, France's largest dairy cooperative.
