Law360, New York (May 18, 2011, 6:39 PM EDT) -- A lawyer for a former Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP intellectual property attorney on Wednesday urged a New York state court to reinstate the possibility of punitive damages against Orrick for allegedly breaking promises of partnership to his client.
