UAE Nail Imports May Harm US Producers, ITC Says

Law360, San Francisco (May 20, 2011, 3:31 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission preliminarily concluded Monday that steel nail imports from the United Arab Emirates likely harm domestic manufacturers, backing claims by Mid Continent Nail Corp. that UAE companies dump their products in the U.S.
