Marsh Wins Restraining Order On Krauter In Poaching Suit

Law360, New York (May 20, 2011, 4:52 PM EDT) -- A New York state judge on Tuesday imposed a temporary restraining order on Krauter & Co. in a breach of contract, trade secrets and unfair competition suit accusing the insurance firm of poaching two brokers from a unit of Marsh & McLennan Cos. Inc.

Judge Bernard J. Fried barred brokers Susan Horrell and Lisa Walker from contacting or soliciting any client or prospective clients they had contact with while employed by Marsh USA Inc. and using or disclosing any of March's confidential information.
