Insurer Seeks To Pare Down 'Expendables' Coverage Suit

Law360, New York (May 20, 2011, 6:44 PM EDT) -- A unit of The Travelers Cos. Inc. asked a Louisiana federal court Friday to rule it does not owe a production company involved in the action movie “The Expendables” coverage for about $1 million in alleged losses over a two-week hiatus.
