Cephalon Granted TRO In Amrix Patent MDL

Law360, New York (May 20, 2011, 7:34 PM EDT) -- The Delaware federal judge overseeing the multidistrict litigation over Cephalon Inc.’s Amrix drug granted a temporary restraining order Friday that would prevent Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc. from launching generic versions of the muscle relaxant while Cephalon appeals a ruling invalidating its patents.
