Judicial Panel Consolidates Fosamax Femur Fracture Suits

Law360, New York (May 23, 2011, 8:51 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation centralized 36 lawsuits in New Jersey federal court on Monday that accuse Merck & Co. Inc. of negligence and other claims over femur fractures and similar injuries allegedly caused by its osteoporosis drug Fosamax.
