JPML Merges Cooling Tube Actions Against Porsche

Law360, New York (May 23, 2011, 7:22 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation on Monday consolidated four proposed class actions claiming Porsche Cars North America Inc. knowingly installed faulty plastic cooling tubes in its Cayenne models, selecting an Ohio federal court for the new multidistrict litigation.
