Fox Seeks More Than $30M From Musicland

Law360 (May 14, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment LLC, a vendor in Musicland Holding Corp.’s bankruptcy case, has asked the bankruptcy court to overrule the official committee of unsecured creditors’ objection to Fox’s proof of claim of more than $30 million.

Fox filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Bankruptcy on Friday, alleging that the creditors committee did its math wrong by asserting that Fox is owed only $27.6 million.
