QBE Sues Utica Over Met Construction Injury Case

Law360, New York (May 24, 2011, 4:26 PM EDT) -- In a complaint posted Monday, QBE Insurance Corp. asked a New York state court to force fellow insurer Utica National Assurance Co. to help cover an underlying negligence action brought by a worker hurt during a renovation project at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
