Packaging Co. Says Worker Poached Client Kellogg

Law360, New York (May 24, 2011, 1:58 PM EDT) -- Stamar Packaging Inc. sued a former sales representative and his new employer, Inlander Brothers Inc., in Illinois state court on Monday, accusing them of stealing trade secrets in order to poach profitable client Kellogg Snacks and launch a packaging business.

The lawsuit alleges that former Stamar sales rep Joseph Lamarca schemed with Inlander Brothers while he was still working at Stamar to use the company's vendor to service Kellogg's needs while undercutting Stamar's prices.
