Judge Won't Move Madoff Trustee's JPMorgan Suit

Law360, New York (May 23, 2011, 10:25 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge said Monday that she — not a bankruptcy judge — must determine if the trustee liquidating Bernard L. Madoff's investment company has standing to pursue his $6.4 billion lawsuit against JPMorgan Chase & Co.
