Law360, New York (May 24, 2011, 1:41 PM EDT) -- A New York bankruptcy court on Monday scuttled technology investor Paul Gardi’s attempt to undo a $6.3 million settlement with JANA Partners LLC that jailed ex-attorney Marc Dreier contrived in order to steal the funds for his Ponzi scheme.
